Distress Ink Applicator

These are my distress ink applicators - wooden door knobs from the local DIY shop costing a few pence each, and Cut n’Dry foam stuck on the bottom.


I attached them with a bit of strong double sided tape to hold them in place, and glue - they have lasted years!


Although I have written the names of colours on the handle, I use the same one for similar shades of the same colour too.


I also use squares of Cut n’Dry foam for inking the edges of cards, writing the name of the colour ink on the back so that I can quickly see it in the drawer my little pile of pads live in.
