Flag Book
A Flag Book is one of those projects that looks a lot more complicated than it is! It makes a beautiful keepsake that both scrapbookers and stampers will enjoy making. I will talk you through making the one below, and then you can adapt it as you like. This finished book is 14.5 cm square.
Cut two pieces of card 14.5 cm x 14.5 cm for the inside covers.
Cut another piece of card 14.5 x 12 cm for the spine. Score this piece of card every 1.5 cm with the score lines running parallel to the 14.5 side.

Now concertina fold them into shape, as if folding a fan.
Now place it on the table so the right and left side pieces are pointing up, and put a strip of double sided tape on the edge sections.
Now stick your inside covers onto these sections, lining them up just inside the fold.
Cut two more pieces of card 14.5 x 14.5 for the outside covers, and attach them to the other side of the inside covers, and decorate.

Step 3
Cut 3 pieces of card 5 cm x 13.5 cm for the middle flags, and decorate.
Cut 6 pieces of card 3 cm x 13.5 cm for the outside flags, and decorate.
When you are decorating them think how they will look from both sides.
Take your middle flags, put them face down and attach a piece of double sided tape close to the edge on the right hand side of each flag.
Now attach one of these middle flags to the centre of the first folded section as shown. Tuck it up to the fold when attaching it, but make sure it’s not stopping the fold from folding.
Step 4
Add the remaining two middle flags as shown.
Now attach your remaining flags to the opposite side of the folds to the middle flags as shown.
We help you make fantastic cards that stand out from the crowd!
