Step 6

Put a mouse mat foam side up, or take some funky foam or another soft surface and lay your cover on it.


We want to gently curve the spine, and the way to do this is gently - if you try and do it too quickly you will crease the card.


Using a ruler, gently pull the card while pushing down with the ruler just on the spine section, so you are pulling the card between the ruler and the foam. The instruction video shows this if the picture is unclear - I needed the left hand to take the picture, which is why you can’t see it pulling the card through!

You can also try rolling a round handled tool on it.

You now have your frame and cover ready to build your scene. Check out the instruction video to see how to make this into a shaker card for even more WOW! effect!
