Move the back into place, and add adhesive or glue to the flap as shown (I think it looks best attached only at the edge as shown) and fold the flap over to attach.
I have added stitching with a white gel pen. (Mine is a Sakura Gelly Roll)
The bag now looks like this.
Add stitching to your buckle pieces.
Carefully feed the strap through the buckle until the middle hole is just over the bar of the buckle.
Add the eyelets too.
Put the prong piece through the middle hole, and glue it to the crossbar of the buckle as shown.
Once it is dry, you can adjust the strap and buckle as required. Once you are happy to it stick it to the back piece adding adhesive to just the part from the buckle upwards.
