For the lighthouse glass I scored vellum in a criss cross pattern.
This is a tall card, so needs the base to be made from strong card. My black card isn’t that thick, so I cut 4 pieces and glued 2 together for front and back.
If you are hand cutting, it might be easier to cut windows out of black card and stick them on top.
Lighthouse Shaped Card
Project and template designed by Sara Sandberg
I am using vellum, so first I covered the black with light blue card, then put the light. I cut the vellum longer than the template so that I could put the adhesive at the top and bottom and it would be hidden by the red pieces.
Add all your pieces as shown, making sure you add the railings and the red strip that goes over them at the end.
Add adhesive above the fold line of your back piece, and attach to the front piece.
