This fun digital camera card is a great way of mixing a greeting card with a fun photo for someone special.  I designed this card for my sister, who has a pink digital camera and wanted things to go with it for her birthday!

Use the large frame to draw round your main photo and cut it to size for the inside of your card.

On the front of my camera card here I have inked the edges to give the card more depth.  The silver circles are then placed on the card as the lens.  Use the frame to cut round your mini photo and cut it to size.  Add the little flash square.

Open a new document.

On the tool bar at the top, select ‘Insert

Select ‘Picture

Select ‘From File

Select the picture you want from the dialogue box.  The picture is inserted into your Word document.

Click on the picture – when you click on it black dots are shown round it.

Click on one of the corner dots, and with your mouse button pressed down, drag the corner out (or in!) to make your picture the required size.

For this card I found a cute picture of my nephews, Daniel and Jamie.  I copied the photo twice, resizing one to a tiny size for in the lens, and one in a larger size to go in the inside frame.

To give your card a nice finishing touch, add a ribbon or some fibres as the strap.
