Inchie Aligner

Template by Sara Sandberg

Page 363

Maggie made these stunning cards just by cutting up squares of background sheets she had left over from other projects or from when she’d been experimenting.

Poor Maggie took the time to write me lengthy instructions on how to line the squares up using post it notes - but I thought there must be an easier way than that - and so designed a template for it!

If you print off the template, and stick it to card, it will give you an edge to bump your squares against.

Simply hold the template against the edge of your card, and place your squares against the grey blocks.

The PDF gives you a template for C6 and square cards.

You may find it easier to use PVA or another adhesive that gives you time for movement before drying.

Maggie’s Cards

Maggie has sprayed Cosmic Shimmer Mist Rich Gold onto this background, which gives it a lovely shimmer.

Maggie has used distress inks for the coloured backgrounds.

Here is a list of the stamps Maggie has used;

Birds - from CI plate 234
Seed heads and butterfly Darkroom Doors - Wildflower (DDRS005)

Leaves - Hero Arts Quartos - LL673 Small leaf Impressions

Green/pink background stamp is CI - 237

Green leaves/apples(?) squares are from CI plates and were a couple of freebies so don't know stock numbers

Green/orange with squiggles -  from Paper Artsy plate Swirls and Curls 5 = SISC5
