Waistcoat Shaped Card Instructions
Project and template designed by Sara Sandberg
Cut out your templates. My card is quite thin (240 gms) so I have cut another base piece, and cut it at the shoulder score line. I folded the joined piece in half, and then glued the separated pieces front and back. This gave the card a good thick quality feel, and made it firmer to stand up.
Glue the left hand piece of the patterned template in place as shown.
Add the trim as shown.
Add the right hand piece of the patterned template, and then add the trim on top, adding buttons and pockets. I have added Cosmic Sparkle Star Twinkles on to my buttons.
I found this mini spiked wheel in the pergamano section of our craft store. It is perfect for giving a stitched look to things.
